Termination of Intake
As we’ve not received the information needed to complete your case evaluation, we are now terminating your intake. As we have not been retained to represent you, we have not, nor will we, take any action in your matter.
Please note that one or more statute of limitations may apply to your case. A statute of limitations means that
the law requires you to file a lawsuit within a specified period, and if you fail to comply with the time requirement, your case will be forever barred, regardless of the merits of your claim.
We are not advising you on the applicable statute of limitations that may be running in the immediate future. In
this respect, you should immediately speak with other legal counsel if you should decide to continue the active pursuit of a potential claim.
In declining to undertake this matter, the firm is not expressing an opinion on whether you might prevail if you pursue an action.
